Mardi (Tuesday) - Kim thinks of a number. It is bigger than 35 and less than 44. It is an even number. What possible numbers could it be?
Mercredi (Wednesday)- There are 14 worms in the lawn. Then 3 other worms will join them. How many worms are there now?
Jeudi (Thursday) - Use (13, 7, 6). Write 2 addition sentences and 2 subtraction sentences. Example: 13 - 6 = 7)
Vendredi (Friday) - Nathalie made 12 small cakes. Now there are only 9 little cakes. How many little cakes did she eat?

In the “Le jour de la Terre” printable booklet, your child can complete a short writing activity, a wordsearch and pictures to colour on the theme of Earth Day.
The activity asks, “Qu'est-ce que tu peux faire pour proteger la planete?” (What can you do to protect the planet?).
Here are some possible answers:

Je peux planter des arbres. (I can plant trees)
Je peux utiliser moins d'eau. (I can use less water)

As you play, practice saying the numbers in French as well as in English.

The second player rolls and gets 1 (un) and 2 (deux). Added together, they make 3 (trois).
Round Two:
The first player rolls again, getting 6 (six) and 5 (cinq). Added together, they make 11 (onze).
The second player rolls again, getting 1 (un) and 3 (trois). Added together, they make 4 (quatre).
The player with the highest total at the end of 10 rounds is the winner.
You can challenge your child to count their score with a 100 chart.
